Happy Easter to all of you! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I know this post is a little late but I thought I would share with you a simple Easter recipe that you can use with any left over chocolate. In fact you can even use Easter egg chocolate too! Today I am making my easy peasy corn flake mini egg cakes. For the ingredients you will need:-
– A couple of large bars of your favourite chocolate. I picked dairy milk for these.
– Corn flakes (you can use Rice Krispies) I prefer corn flakes because to me they taste better!
– A small bag of mini eggs.
Below I have shared the method in photographs too, plus the end result which looks and tastes delicious! (Also I didn’t get a chance to eat any because Kie ate them all)! But they must have been good for him to do that ha ha!
