Spring evening!

Hello everyone. Hope you are all well! So I am a little behind on my blogging lately, you know how life just takes over? Well I have got a few upcoming posts I wanted to share with you. This post is from a couple of weeks ago… over the bank holiday Easter break to be precise. Me and Kieran went to Burry Port to visit his parents at their caravan. It was so lovely, we had a lush catch up on the decking with drinks. Afterwards we took a stroll with Missy (his parents dog) to the beach. The evening was perfect, the weather was so beautiful and it got me thinking about how much I am looking forward to summer nights on the beach or bike riding around Pembrey country park.

It also got me thinking of how wonderful our planet is and how we are destroying it. I recently watched a documentary on climate change with David Attenborough. It really scares me to think that if we carry on polluting the world and do not make any changes the damage will be irreversible within only a few years. I honestly try my best to help in any way I can. Recycling is such a big part of why this is happening. It frustrates me how many items cannot be recycled. I think I am going to do a full post on my thoughts on climate change for you guys and I would love to hear your responses.

Anyhow, below are some gorgeous photographs of all of us over that weekend. Also sharing one of my favourite summer dresses that I own.

I love this photograph above of Kieran and Missy. As you probably would have guessed, if you’ve read my previous posts… Kieran is not particularly fond of having his photo taken. I try my best to snap a picture every now and then, when he is not looking 😉 ha ha! Memories are so important and part of that is taking photographs. For me it is anyway, I want to have something to look back on when I’m older. I also think he will appreciate it one day too!

Gingham blue dress is by H&M last year. This dress is a staple in my summer wardrobe. I believe gingham will never really go out of style. Sunglasses are by Free People, a favourite brand of mine. They have the cutest hair accessories too! The pink bow that is pictured is from there. Bag is by my favourite Welsh brand Brit-stitch. Lastly I styled my whole look with a pair of white converse trainers.

Thank you so much for reading, leave a comment and let me know what you think:) Love Katie

This lady loves Tenby our mini trip here Saturday was so lovely.... even though it was actually very windy and cold Me and Kie kind of regretted our outfit choices but we still had a lot of fun. This town is probably one of the prettiest. I love all the pastel coloured buildings and vintage sweet shops. Also the fish & chips here are LUSH!
